A practical quick start for invited workspace members.
Sign in
- 1.Enter the email address associated with your invitation.
- 2.Open the one-time code email.
- 3.Enter the code; complete the 2FA challenge if your account has it enabled.
Set up a workspace
- 1.Add the first vehicle and its current operational details.
- 2.Create client records used by deliveries.
- 3.Invite teammates from Team and assign the least-privileged role they need.
Run daily operations
- 1.Create and update deliveries as work progresses.
- 2.Schedule maintenance tasks and record estimated costs.
- 3.Use Reports and Analytics to review activity; export CSV when needed.
Protect the account
- 1.Enable authenticator-based 2FA under Settings > Security.
- 2.Store backup codes somewhere separate from the device.
- 3.Review API keys and team membership regularly.
